1. Shipping Coverage
KUKS & CO facilitates shipping across India through our network of independent Sellers and logistics partners. Some remote locations may have limited coverage or longer delivery timelines.
2. Dispatch Timelines
Most orders are dispatched within 1–2 business days of order confirmation. You will receive a tracking number once your order has been handed over to the logistics partner.
3. Delivery Estimates
Estimated delivery timelines are as follows:
- Metros: 3–5 business days
- Tier 2 & 3 Cities: 5–7 business days
- Remote Areas: 7–10 business days
Please note that these are estimates and actual delivery times may vary due to logistics delays, weather, or other unforeseen circumstances.
4. Shipping Charges
Shipping charges are calculated based on the weight of the product and the delivery location. Any applicable shipping fees will be displayed at the time of checkout.
5. Tracking Your Order
You can track your order status through the “My Orders” section in your account or by using the tracking link provided in the dispatch email.
6. Non-Delivery & Re-attempts
Our logistics partners will attempt delivery up to 3 times. If the delivery is unsuccessful after 3 attempts, the product will be returned to the Seller, and the order will be cancelled. In such cases, shipping charges may not be refunded.
