To become a vendor, register an account and select the "Vendor" role. Once your store details are submitted, our admin team will review and approve your store within 24–48 hours. You'll receive an email notification once approved.
Joining is completely free. We operate on a commission model — a small percentage of each successful sale goes to the platform. Commission rates vary by category and are displayed transparently in your vendor dashboard.
Shipping costs are determined by individual vendors based on your location and the product's weight. Many of our premium vendors offer free shipping on high-value orders. Shipping details are always shown before checkout.
You can track your order from your "My Orders" dashboard. Once a vendor ships your item, you'll receive real-time updates and a tracking number via email. Login and go to My Orders.
We accept all major credit and debit cards (VISA, Mastercard), UPI payments, and Razorpay. All transactions are encrypted with 256-bit SSL for your security.
Returns are accepted within 15 days of delivery for most products. Each vendor may have slightly different return terms, which are visible on the product page. Contact our support team if you need assistance initiating a return.
