Cancellation & Refund Policy

1. Order Cancellation
By the Customer: You can cancel your order before it has been dispatched by the Seller. Once dispatched, cancellations are not permitted, but you may initiate a return after delivery according to our return policy.
By the Seller/KUKS & CO: We reserve the right to cancel orders due to product unavailability, inaccuracies in pricing, or suspected fraudulent activity. In such cases, a full refund will be initiated.
2. Return & Refund Policy
Our return window is structured as follows:
- Returns within 2 days of delivery: Eligible for a full refund.
- Returns between 2–4 days of delivery: A 30% deduction will be applicable on the refund amount.
- Returns after 4 days: No returns or refunds will be accepted.
3. Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return, the product must be:
- Unused, unwashed, and in its original condition.
- Accompanied by all original tags, packaging, and accessories.
- Free from any damage, stains, or odors.
4. Refund Process
Once the returned product is received and inspected by the Seller, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.
Note: Shipping charges are non-refundable.
5. Damaged or Defective Products
If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us at kuksnco12@gmail.com within 24 hours of delivery with photographic evidence. We will facilitate a replacement or full refund at no additional cost.
